Wednesday night kettlebell classes commence again on the 22nd April.
We are taking the two weeks of school holidays off and kicking back into gear at 5:30pm on Wed the 22nd April. Saturday morning Kettlebell Club trainings remain at 8:30am and will continue without a two week break.
The next block will continue developing your skills and strength with double kettlebells as well as beginning to work on conditioning with the kettlebell snatch. The end of the last block saw everyone perform a 10 min snatch test and realise just how taxing this can be. Our goal this time will be to start to set some target reps and work to achieving those at the end of the 6 weeks.
For those beginners who join us we will follow the same format but with basic exercises that require less technical skill to perform correctly. Over the next couple of blocks you will progress to snatches and jerks (the fun stuff!).
