This week we launch a new timetable! More classes, improved timeslots and more chances for you to get your fix of boxing or kettlebell training.

Competitive Boxing
This training session is for those who want to develop their boxing skills with the aim of competing in the future. Focus will be on technical skills with a healthy dose of boxing specific conditioning thrown in.
Boxing for Fitness
This Evolve Gym class is now instructed by our boxing coach Jethro Bowman. Based on boxing skills, it will take your fitness to the next level while increasing your confidence with the gloves. An ideal introductory class before jumping into the Competitive Boxing group.
Kettlebell Club
Not to be confused with a general conditioning class such as crossfit, Kettlebell Club is for those who wish to train for girevoy (kettlebell) sport. Learn specific sport techniques to make you the strongest and most efficient athlete possible. Regular competitions will test your skills and conditioning as you progress, with the possibility of competing overseas also.
All classes are priced at $10 casual/$7 Junior
10 pass concession cards are available at $85
